Grapes: 100% Greco di Tufo, soil: medium texture, calcareous, planting density: 4000 vines per hectare, production area: Hills in the Irpinia municipalities of Tufo and Santa Paolina, Exposure: South, altitude: 450/550 m asl m. training system: espalier with guyot pruning, vineyard age: about 15/20 years, yield per hectare: about 70 quintals, harvest period: First/Second ten days of October. maturation: 3 months in steel tanks with permanence on its lees, refinement: in bottle for 3/4 months, color: intense golden yellow, nose: hints of apricot, pear, apple, peach, almond, with notes of sage and hints minerals, taste: excellent acidity, sensations that recall ripe fruit.
